obiowhite.com is operated by I Novis Medical (איי נוביס מדיקל). OBIOWHITE is a brand of I Novis Medical. For any privacy question, reach us through our contact page.

What our forms collect

The site has two inquiry forms, one for patients and one for dentists. They collect only what we need to get back to you:

• Your full name
• A phone number or an email address (either one is enough)
• On the dentists’ form: your clinic’s name and, if you choose, its city
• The topic you pick from a list
• A message, if you choose to write one

Along with your inquiry we also store the address of the page you sent it from, the site language, the time it was sent, and a one-way code derived from your IP address (explained under spam protection below).

We do not ask for medical information, and there is no need to include any in your message. We can talk about your teeth in person, and the actual exam happens at your dentist’s office.

Before sending, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to be contacted about your inquiry.

Why we use it

To answer and handle your inquiry: to get back to you by phone or email and answer your questions, and for dentists, to send information about our products and ordering. We do not sell your details, use them for advertising, or pass them to anyone else for marketing.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Each inquiry is saved in the site’s database, on its hosting server, and emailed to the team that handles inquiries (patient and dentist inquiries go to separate addresses). The email passes through the email services the team uses.

Stored inquiries can be viewed only in the site’s admin area, and access to it is limited to site administrators. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

How long we keep it

We have not yet set a period after which inquiries are deleted automatically, so they are kept until someone deletes them. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time, as described under your rights below.

Spam protection

To block automated form submissions, the site counts how many inquiries come from the same source in a short time. To do that, it computes a one-way code (a hash) from your IP address together with a secret key held by the site. That code is stored with your inquiry and in temporary counters that expire after ten minutes and after one day. Your IP address itself is not stored with your inquiry.

The form also includes a hidden field and a timing check that catch automated software. The site does not use a CAPTCHA or any outside spam-filtering service.

When you browse the site

As with any website, the hosting server receives your browser’s IP address in order to deliver the pages, and the hosting provider may keep technical access logs for security and operations.

Some content on the site comes from services run by other companies. When your browser contacts them, they receive your IP address and standard technical information about your browser, and their own privacy policies apply to that information:

• Google Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) on every page view.
• YouTube: the page for dentists includes embedded YouTube videos. The video player loads from YouTube when the page opens, and YouTube (owned by Google) may set cookies, particularly when you play a video.
• WhatsApp: WhatsApp links open WhatsApp with a pre-written message. Nothing is sent until you tap send; from then on, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and its privacy policy applies.
• Phone and email links open the dialer or mail app on your device.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site itself does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. WordPress, the system the site is built on, sets functional cookies only for site administrators while they are logged in to the admin area.

There are currently no analytics tools, advertising pixels or other tracking tools on the site (such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel). Before we add one, we will update this page and explain what it collects.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or out of date, and ask us to delete your inquiry.

To do so, write to us through our contact page and tell us what you are asking for. To make sure the request comes from you, we may ask for details that help us find your original inquiry.

Changes to this policy

If the site changes in a way that affects the information you give us, we will update this page and the date at the top.
