Site accessibility
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people with disabilities. Here is what we have done, what has not been tested yet, and how to tell us about a problem.
Last updated: October 2026
What we have done
These are in place on the site today:
- Semantic HTML: headings in a logical order, and defined regions for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- The site can be navigated with a keyboard. Each page starts with a “skip to content” link, and the element in focus is shown with a clear outline.
- Every form field has a label, and required fields are marked. Error messages are linked to the field they refer to and are announced by screen readers, as is the message shown after you submit.
- Body text has sufficient contrast against its background for comfortable reading.
- The site respects the “reduce motion” setting (prefers-reduced-motion): if you have turned it on, animations on the site are switched off.
- The page language and text direction are set for each language: Hebrew right to left, English left to right.
- Text can be enlarged using your browser’s zoom.
- Product images have alternative text naming the product.
What has not been done yet
The site has not yet undergone a formal accessibility audit. Our target is conformance with Israeli Standard 5568 (IS 5568) and WCAG 2.1 at level AA.
Some parts of the site may not be fully accessible yet, particularly third-party content we do not control, such as the YouTube videos on the page for dentists, which may not have captions.
