Preparation
OBIOACTIVE cleans the tooth surface before whitening. According to the manufacturer it combines citric acid at a neutral pH with potassium nitrate.
OBIOGINGIVAL
Protection
OBIOGINGIVAL is a gel that forms a barrier along the gum line, so the whitening agent stays on the teeth.
OBIOWHITE ULTRA
Whitening
OBIOWHITE ULTRA is the professional whitening gel. Per the label: 27% hydrogen peroxide, for in-office use only.
OBIOWHITE LAMP
Light
OBIOWHITE LAMP combines blue and red light. According to the manufacturer it emits no heat, UV or infrared, and includes headphones for music.
A session like this usually takes about an hour. Your dentist will tell you in advance how long to plan for.
What affects the result
The result depends mainly on the tooth, which is why it is personal
- Your starting shade. Yellowish teeth usually respond better than greyish ones.
- Where the stain comes from. Stains from coffee, tea and smoking usually respond better than those caused by medication or injury.
- Restorations. Crowns, veneers and fillings keep their colour. Sometimes they are replaced after whitening to match the new shade.

After the session
